This form is for current and new piano students of Mrozek Piano Studio for the school year term of 2022-2023.

Tuition for private lessons (current students only)

• 30 minute lessons - $85.25 per month
• 45 minute lessons - $127 per month
• 60 minute lessons - $170.50 per month

Tuition for group lessons (new and current students)

• 50 minute group lessons - $69 per month

Students younger than the age of 10 should have 30 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, set aside with the help of their parent for practice.

Students age 10 and older should have 30 to 45 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, set aside for regular practice.

All students should be following the lessons notes which are emailed after each lesson.
